Our new client is one of the country''s most reliable and renowned engineering product manufacturers with almost 70 branches nationwide.
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse leader to fulfil this role:

• Reporting into the Shift Manager
• To plan, organise, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities
• Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees
• Assign workloads to warehouse workers
• Pack and prepare orders for delivery
• Complete requisitions for needed materials to assure adequate stock levels

The successful candidate:

• You will be a hands-on leader of people
• Experience in a temperature-controlled environment would be highly beneficial
• You will have previous experience in a leadership role
• You should have 3PL/FMCG experience
• Good communication skills essential
• You will be required to lift, carry, push or pull reasonably heavy weights
• You will be required to move around alongside machinery and be exposed to marked changes in temperature and humidity
